CPA office administrator (Part-time or Full-time)
1. Position: CPA office administrator (Part-time or Full-time)
2. Responsibilities
Daily assignments include, but are not limited to
- Process tax return efilings
- Organize documents and E-deliver documents
- Respond to Phones & Emails
- Process monthly invoices
- Keep track of accounts receivable
- Process payrolls
- Purchase office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by receiving phone calls and emails, and providing feedback in a timely fashion
- Assist in any other Admin Functions as needed
3. Requirement
- Legally permitted for employment in the states
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Daily commute to the office in Cupertino
- English/Korean Bilingual speaker (preferred but not required)
